My best street art wishes !
Bonne nouvelle, vous avez encore le temps, je vous ai trouvé le cadeau idéal de Nouvel An (que je préfère largement à ceux de Noël, trop communs). “Street Artists”, The Complete Guide, désormais disponible dans toutes les bonnes librairies de France et de Navarre a le mérite de proposer un véritable contenu à travers 55 notices descriptives et biographiques d’artistes. Et il s’avère que les auteurs Eleanor Mathieson et Xavier A. Tapies partagent exactement les mêmes goûts artistiques que Stencil History X.
Côté pochoir, nous retrouvons Banksy, Blek le Rat, Bs.As. Stencil, Btoy, C215, Dolk, Eelus, Evol, Faile, Jef Aérosol, Logan Hicks, Roadsworth, Sten & Lex, Vexta, Vhils, Nick Walker. Edité chez Graffito Books, à Londres, cet ouvrage est à mes yeux un des meilleurs livres de street art parus cette année. Et comme certains intimes connaissent mon goût prononcé pour les top et bilans de fin d’année, je ne résiste pas à vous livrer mon top 5 perso :

Good news, you still have time, I’ve found the perfect gift for New Year (which I much prefer than those Christmas too common). “Street Artists”, The Complete Guide, available now in all good bookstores in France and everywhere has the merit of proposing a real content with 55 descriptive and biographical references for artists. And it appears that the authors Eleanor Mathieson and Xavier A. Tapies share exactly the same artistic tastes than Stencil History X.
Stencil side, we find Banksy, Blek le Rat, Bs.As. Stencil, BTOY, C215, Dolk, Eelus, Evol, Faile, Jef Aerosol, Logan Hicks, Roadsworth, Sten & Lex, Vexta, Vhils, Nick Walker. Published by Graffito Books, London, this book is to me one of the best street art books published this year. And as some intimate friends of mine know my taste for top and making-ups, I can not resist telling you my personal top 5:
