C215 (FRANCE, Paris)

De formation doctorale en histoire l’art, et licencié en civilisations germaniques et anglo-saxonnes, les classiques hantent son imagination. Après avoir dirigé pendant deux ans le C215 project avec l’édition de deux livres poétiques et graphiques conceptuels, ainsi que la direction artistique d’une quinzaine d’expositions collectives, C215 s’est recentré sur sa production personnelle à travers la pratique du pochoir dans un style complexe et  immédiatement identifiable.
Son intérêt se porte vers les exclus, vagabonds, enfants, orphelins en qui il se reconnait, son modèle préféré restant sa fille de cinq ans Nina.

Since his thesis in art history and his researches in German and Anglo-Saxon Civilisations, the Classic painters haunt his imagination. He managed during two years the C215 project in publishing two conceptual illustrated poetry books and about fifteen group shows. After that he focused on his own artistic work through the practice of stencil in an intricate and immediately recognizable style.
His interest extends to the excluded, the homelesses, children and orphans he identify with. His favourite model remains his five years old daughter Nina.
