C215 étant un grand voyageur, son autoportrait a fait le tour du monde même si il n’est pas posé systématiquement à chaque station. Sa pose la plus célèbre est peut-être celle sur la National Portrait Gallery de Londres et immortalisé par le film de Romanywg. Cette version sur un panneau de bois de récup date du début 2008. C215 a parfois l’habitude de poser son dernier pochoir en date au dos de pièces déjà exécutées. C’est le cas ici avec cette mouche morte qui a été relativement rarement peinte. Cette pièce recto verso sur un panneau de bois récupéré dans une rue du 19ème arrondissement de Paris est une oeuvre unique.

C215 is a great traveller. His self-portrait travelled as well around the world even if it is hasn’t been painted for purpose at each station. His most famous pose is perhaps the one on the National Portrait Gallery in London and immortalized by the Romanywg’s film. This version on a wooden panel recovery of early 2008. C215 sometimes used to paint his new stencil on a already completed piece. This is the case here with the dead fly that has been relatively rarely painted. This both-sided artwork on a wooden panel recovered in a street in the 19th arrondissement of Paris is a unique piece of art.
